Send Required Paperwork

The VA will process your application and send you a Certificate of Eligibility (COE).  If you do not have a copy of your COE, you can send your Statement of Benefits:  https://www.va.gov/education/gi-bill/post-9-11/ch-33-benefit/.

Upload a clear copy of your VA paperwork through the secure My Documents portal, using your eCampus login credentials.  You can also email your documents to [email protected]. Please ensure all email attachments are in a PDF or image file format.

Submitting Enrollment Certifications and Verifying Enrollment

Our Military Assistance Team submits enrollment certifications to the VA after the add/drop period.  The enrollment certification will prompt the VA to send tuition payment to APUS.  Any qualifying stipends (BAH / books and supplies) will be issued directly to you, which takes approximately 30 days.

In order to receive your qualifying stipends, you are required to verify with the VA every month that you are still enrolled in the same training that was certified to VA. For more information regarding Monthly Enrollment Verification, please click here.
