Coincidence that ebooks rhymes with “free books?” We think not. Yes, all ebooks and textbooks are provided to credit-seeking undergraduate students at no cost – thanks to the University’s book grant. Some programs will have additional course material costs not covered by this grant. The materials needed can be viewed within the Academic Plan. Simply click on the course title and select the Course Materials block under the course’s description to see what materials are needed.

Complete Orientation
Read over the University’s policies and procedures, complete your profile, and accept the University’s agreement to handle disputes through arbitration.
Important: On the Complete Your Profile page of orientation, please select “CCBC Degrees to Succeed Program” from the Affiliation picklist in the Employer Information section.
Once you complete orientation, you will gain access to many resources in the University ecampus and receive a Student ID that you will use in future interactions with the University.

Verify Your Identity & Submit the APUS FERPA Form
We believe you are who you say you are. Still, students are required to verify their identity for admission as well as for processing the APUS FERPA Release Form. Work with your admissions representative to meet these requirements.

Begin the Transfer Credit Application
Important: Please complete the following steps once you have completed your associate degree with CCBC!
Start the process of evaluating your prior credits. A Transfer Credit Application is required for all undergraduate degree-seeking students who have attended other accredited institutions. Once all documentation is received, the process can take 2-3 weeks to complete.

Determine Payment Options
Affordability is one of the main differences between us and the other guys. We accept several forms of payment such as federal student aid, military tuition assistance, veterans benefits, scholarships and loans, employer funding, and self-payment. Consider your options, then choose the best payment for your budget. Details can be found within your ecampus and are also located on our website.
Register for Classes
Let the learning begin! Click Register Now in the top banner of the ecampus and follow the prompts until you receive a confirmation number or the course shows as registered in your Academic Plan.

Enter Your Classroom
With your work ethic, you’re no stranger to the phrase “the early bird gets the worm.” The classroom opens at 6 a.m. ET. You must log into your classroom at least once the first week and complete the first week’s introductory forum post. This post must contain at least 250 words and be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday. If you do not complete this requirement during week one by the noted specifications, you will be automatically dropped from the course.
