This course serves as an introduction to construction management. Students will have the opportunity to discuss and review terminology, concepts, and best practices in residential real estate construction management and development. Topics will include the construction industry, communication, forecasting and planning, leadership, managing people in construction, production and site management, time management, cost management, and quality.
