The purpose of this organization is to provide a forum for AMU/APU campus community members to foster knowledge, give voice, and advocate for reproductive rights, which are human rights, with regard to issues including but not limited to: safe abortions, life-saving obstetric care, contraception, maternal health, reproductive justice, and prevention of forced sterilization, childhood marriage, sex trafficking, and female circumcision.

The Reproductive Rights Club achieved ACTIVE standing per the university's Chapter Standards program. Active standing demonstrates a notable level of chapter involvement and denotes excellence in chapter leadership and member engagement.
