School counselors are lifelong learners and expected to contribute to the counseling profession throughout their careers. In keeping with our professional responsibilities, continuing to hone knowledge and skills as professional counselors is ongoing. The vision of the School Counseling Alumni Network is to provide ongoing networking and support to our alumni through networking, mentoring, and engagement in scholarship activities and through supporting efforts related to equity, access, and social justice as outlined in our professional ethical standards and roles.
Benefits include:
Networking and support through mentoring and engagement through scholarship efforts, the promotion of professional development opportunities and resource sharing, and membership in an alumni network aimed at the support of APUS School Counseling alumni.

Membership is available to graduates of the AMU and APU M.Ed School Counseling program who are in good standing with the university.
