On [DATE], American Public University System combined with Rasmussen University and Hondros College of Nursing to form a single higher education institution. American Public University System (System) now includes American Public University, American Military University, Rasmussen University, and Hondros College of Nursing. The System is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Public Education, Inc. (APEI). Fees

There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $250 per Associate degree and $350 per Bachelor or Master degrees. The fee covers administrative costs associated with completing the graduation review, as well as printing and shipping the student's diploma.

The cost to apply for a certificate to be awarded is a one-time, nonrefundable fee of $25 per certificate program. The fee covers administrative costs associated with completing the certificate academic review and the printing, processing, and shipping of certificates.

These fees are not covered by Military Tuition Assistance.
